This lithograph was reproduced after a painting by Raoul Dufy from 1919 "Nature Morte aux Fruits". The original was acquired by noted French textile industrialist and art collector Pierre Levy. That painting was later donated to the Musee d'Art Moderne de Troyes, France, where it remains.
