This lithographic poster was designed by Henri Deschamps, under Braque's supervision, by reproducing a painting entitled "Nature Morte a la Palette" from 1942. It was created for the "Salon des Peintres témoins de leurs temps", which was an annual art exhibition organized by Isis Kischka in 1951. It would take place at the Galleria Museum in Paris and would be centered on a new theme every year. This "Salon" was in existence until 1983.
There was also an edition printed on Arches paper, signed in pencil by Braque and numbered out of 200.
