This lithographic poster was created by well known French artist Bernard Buffet, it was printed by Mourlot in Paris in 1981. Much of Buffet's work is centered around immaculate homes in France's countryside, this one in particular depicts the famous Chateau de Rochechouart. 

While many critics have long been forgotten, Bernard Buffet remains, twenty years after his death, one of the most important artist of the XXth century. His style was often referred to as precursor to the pop art movement of the sixties.
